The GOATS are back in town!

Goat Yoga returns to the Nazareth College campus, April 26

Rochester, NY (04/22/2022) — WHAT: It was such a success with students in the fall that the goats are back in town and ready for the return of Goat Yoga at Nazareth College! As final exams quickly approach, Nazareth knows how much students need opportunities to relieve stress. Goat yoga is a perfect activity to not only provide physical wellness but mental and emotional wellness, too.

Goat yoga combines the traditional practice of yoga with pet therapy by introducing adorable baby goats, who are natural jumpers and explorers, to a beginner level yoga class. What results is goats on yogis' backs and smiles on everyone's faces. Take a look at the photos from their first trip to Nazareth last fall.

The tribe of adorable baby goats travel from NY Goat Yoga in New Berlin, N.Y. with the yoga instructor and goat handler.

NY Goat Yoga and their adorable, and pretty famous, goats have been featured on The Drew Barrymore Show, Dr. Oz, The Untitled Action Bronson Show, Inside Edition, Daybreaker NYC, WPIX11, Cycle of Health, Self Magazine Online, BInspired In-Flight Magazine, Jessie On A Journey Travel Blog, Nippon Television Network, International News Report, The Daily Star, Hometown Oneonta, Exploring Upstate New York Blog, The Points Guy Travel Blog and many more.

WHEN: Tuesday, April 26, at 5:30 p.m.

WHERE: Nazareth College | Outdoor Pavilion

Behind York Wellness and Rehabilitation Institute

MEDIA: We'd love to have you attend and see the smiles on students' faces when the goats climb on their backs during yoga!
