Nazareth University holds ribbon cutting for expanded and renovated Millie's Cafe inside the Lorette Wilmot Library, August 28

Rochester, NY (08/25/2023) — Nazareth University is re-opening the new significantly expanded and renovated Millie's Cafe inside the Lorette Wilmot Library. The highly valued study spot and gathering space in the heart of campus was co-designed by students to enhance their overall campus experience. The renovations included a complete overhaul of the space. Millie's has more than doubled its size and has seating options for 100 people - more than three times the previous amount - along with new menu options from Naz Dining.

President Beth Paul is marking the grand re-opening of Millie's Cafe with a ribbon cutting and brief remarks at the Lorette Wilmot Library on Monday morning, August 28.

Also available for interviews: Kay Marshman, a retired, long-time Nazareth staff member whose gift -in honor of her mom - helped establish the original Millie's cafe. Several Nazareth students will be on hand, too.
