NAZARETH RECOGNIZED AS "BEST COLLEGE" BY U.S. NEWS IN REGION, IN VALUE, AND FOR VETERANS

Rochester, NY (09/09/2019) — U.S. News & World Report Best Colleges guide has again ranked Nazareth College in the top tier of colleges and Universities for Best Regional Universities-North, rising to No. 32, based on academic quality indicators such as graduation rates and faculty resources. The region covers 11 states and the District of Columbia. The 2020 edition also rnarks Nazareth highly as a Best Value School, at No. 25 in the region, and as a Best College for Veterans.

The 2020 edition of the U.S. News & World Report Best Colleges book is now available online. Most of the rankings will also appear in the Best Colleges 2020 guidebook.

The U.S. News & World Report Best Colleges package represents the most comprehensive look at how more than 1,400 accredited four-year schools compare on a set of 15 widely accepted indicators of excellence. Among the many factors weighed in determining the rankings, the key measures of quality are: peer assessment, graduation and retention rates, faculty resources, student selectivity, financial resources, alumni giving, and graduation rate performance.
