Nazareth Hosts 9th Annual Global Citizenship Conference, TOMORROW, March 13

More than 700 high school students from more than 20 different Rochester area schools will come to Nazareth College to celebrate and discuss diversity.

Rochester, NY (03/12/2019) — More than 700 high school students from more than 20 different Rochester area schools will come to Nazareth College to celebrate and discuss diversity for the ninth annual Global Citizenship Conference on Wednesday, March 13, from 8 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. The conference is a collaboration between the Hickey Center for Interfaith Studies and Dialogue and community organizations. Nazareth College is located at 4245 East Avenue, Rochester, N.Y., 14618.

President and CEO of the Rochester Area Community Foundation Jennifer Leonard is speaking to the students on Bridging the Gap, and the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce's Adrian Hale will address Coexistence, Celebrating Our Diversity. Other sessions include Encountering Myth Busting in World Religions and Cultures and Experiencing Globalization: Bridging the Gap.
