Nazareth College hires Frank S. Williams as new vice president for strategic enrollment management
Rochester, NY (07/26/2021) — Nazareth College introduces Frank S. Williams as vice president for strategic enrollment management - recognizing him as an innovator to lead the charge of welcoming future student changemakers ready to make an impact on the world around them. As the College's top enrollment strategist, Williams will embark on designing a new strategic enrollment plan with Nazareth's experienced admissions and financial aid teams. He begins his new role on August 16.
"This is a momentous time for Nazareth College, as we emerge stronger from the historic pandemic and prepare to celebrate the College's 100th anniversary in 2024," said Nazareth President Beth Paul, Ph.D. "I am confident that Frank is the visionary leader who will provide our enrollment management team with the leadership needed to attract students who will become future-ready changemaking graduates."
"I am very excited to begin my new journey working with President Paul, her cabinet, and the talented admissions and financial aid teams to provide access to all qualified prospective students," said Williams. "My vision is to work collaboratively with faculty and staff to ensure that every division is represented in the enrollment process. We will work strategically with high schools across the country to build partnerships, collaborate with stakeholders, and bring in a strong diverse enrollment class."

Williams brings a wide array of experience in student support services and admissions/enrollment management. He has held the position of director of student support services at the University at Buffalo Educational Opportunity Center since 2019. His 21 years of experience also includes a seasoned career in admissions and enrollment at Daemen College, along with SUNY Buffalo, and SUNY Fredonia. He earned his bachelor's degree in secondary English education from SUNY Fredonia and his master's degree in education from SUNY Buffalo.
