Media Alert: Nazareth College Art Department opens annual Student Art Show in two galleries on April 4

WHAT:

Rochester, NY (03/27/2017) — The Nazareth College Art Department is pleased to present its 2017 Student Art Show, beginning Tuesday, April 4, 2017 in the Arts Center and Colacino galleries, with an Artists Reception and Awards Ceremony on Friday, April 7. The exhibitions and reception are free and open to the public.

The galleries will be closed April 14, 15, and 16, 2017.

The pieces on display represent a variety of styles and media, including ceramics, drawings, illustrations, jewelry, metalsmithing, paintings, photography, prints, sculpture, videos, and more.

Some pieces will be available for purchase.

Undergraduate Show: Tuesday, April 4-Sunday, April 23, 2017

Artist Reception and Awards Ceremony: Friday, April 7, 5-7 p.m.

Arts Center Gallery Hours: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: noon-5 p.m.; Friday, Saturday: noon-8 p.m.; closed Monday

Graduate Show: Wednesday, April 5-Sunday, April 23, 2017

Artist Reception and Awards Ceremony: Friday, April 7, 5-7 p.m.

Colacino Gallery Hours: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday: noon-5 p.m.; closed Monday andTuesday
